Welcome to your 20th Killercation.
Even writing that gives me chills. Some trips are about getting away. This one is about coming back to your body, your power, your rhythm. This Killercation is intentionally spacious, because real transformation doesn’t happen when we’re rushing, performing, or pushing through. It happens when we have room to feel, not just do. And no spacious does not mean passive. It means movement with purpose, sweat that reminds you how strong you are, and time to integrate instead of constantly being “on.”
I chose Todos Santos for a reason. Where the desert meets the ocean. Where stillness and intensity coexist. Where your body gets to soften and rise at the same time. This experience is for the woman who has held a lot, led a lot, achieved a lot and still knows there’s more available to her. More presence. More embodiment. More confidence that actually feels sustainable. You were never lazy. You were never weak. You were simply carrying too much.
What began seven years ago and has carried us through 19 Killercations has only deepened. The intention is sharper.
The space is richer. You will be guided. You will be supported. You will be challenged with love. And you will leave clearer, stronger, and deeply embodied. This isn’t a Killercation you need to recover from. It’s an experience that brings you back to yourself. If this is calling you, trust it. I can’t wait to share this space with you.

What Is a KILLERCATION?
A Killercation is not just a fitness retreat.
It’s an elevated movement experience where training meets culture, sweat meets pleasure, and strength meets sensuality, all while travel becomes a catalyst for real personal evolution.
We move daily.
We train with intention.
We dance, hike, sweat, laugh, and play under the sun and under the stars.
This is about feeling alive in every sense of the word.
Pushing your body. Enjoying it. Remembering how good it feels to move, while connecting with other humans in new spaces.
You don’t come here to shrink, punish yourself, or fix anything.
You come to reconnect with you, your body, your rhythm, and women who get it.

You’ll experience a blend of The KB Movement style training formats all designed to wake you up, make you feel good in your body, and remind you how strong you actually are. Nothing random. Nothing extreme. Everything intentional.
Here’s how we move:
Hot Killa Workouts
Low-impact, high-intensity, sweat-heavy sessions that build strength, endurance, and confidence without wrecking your joints. These workouts are about power, flow, and feeling sexy in your body - not punishment.
Killa Training
Bodyweight training + shadow boxing that makes you feel like a badass. No equipment, no machines — just you, your breath, and your strength. These are workouts you can take with you anywhere in the world.
Killa Beats (Dance-Based Movement)
Expressive, rhythmic, fun, and invigorating. This is where we let loose, move with music, and reconnect with joy. Rhythm meets release. You will feel alive.
Outdoor Movement
Sunrise sessions. Desert sweat. Ocean air. Hiking and movement that reminds you you’re part of the environment, not separate from it.
All of these formats are part of the The KB Movement method and are intentionally spread throughout the retreat so your body feels challenged, supported, and energized the entire time.

The Movement Experience
No. You do not need to be at any specific fitness level. Movement is intentional and scalable, but it will challenge you. This is about discovering what your body is capable of - not proving anything.
You will sweat. You will feel strong.You will feel accomplished. The movement is designed to push you without burning you out. This is not punishment-based training. It’s intelligent, confidence-building movement that meets you where you are and invites you to rise. You’ll leave feeling worked not wrecked.
It’s both with intention.There is movement, adventure, music, laughter, and celebration. There is also grounding, integration, connection, and space. Think high-energy days and embodied, connected nights. This isn’t chaos. It’s curated.
Yes and it’s intentional. The schedule is designed to feel full without being overwhelming. You’ll have space to rest, explore, journal, connect, or simply enjoy the retreat space. You won’t feel rushed. You won’t feel bored. You’ll feel supported.
Spots are intentionally limited to preserve the experience and the group dynamic. Once it’s full, it’s full.
